Skill Set :

1. Good knowledge of software products.
2. Proficeint knowledge in Microsoft Office products and applications.
3. Familiar with the Windows desktop environment and uses of Word, Excel, IE, Firefox etc.
4. Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate and interpret data to improve the performance of the system.
5. Passion for language, technology, and AI advancements.
6. Flexibility and Interest to do repetitive tasks is required.
7. Attention to detail and ability to identify and rectify errors or inconsistencies in descriptions generated.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
9. Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
10. Strong command of the English language, including grammar, syntax, and vocabulary.

Job Description :

The candidate will work closely with support teams, review guidelines, suggest updates to those guidelines, and engage in team calibrations to ensure the highest quality of data generation, while adhering to Amazon’s responsible AI guidelines and fostering trust. You will also be a part of other initiatives across process improvements, SOP and guidelines formulation, diving deep to provide data insights as and when required.

1. Work on clearly defined use cases, but leverage a high degree of judgement to produce preference data.
2. Operate with autonomy and maintain strict confidentiality as customer privacy is our biggest tenet.
3. Serve as a subject matter expert for Machine Learning (ML) data workflows, demonstrating proficiency in researching, generating factually and grammatically accurate responses, ranking responses, creating grammatically correct text, and annotating images and videos.
4. Capable of making sound judgments and logical decisions when faced with ambiguous or incomplete information while performing tasks.
5. Eye for detail and ability to pivot from one requirement to another instantaneously.
6. Analyze root causes, identify error patterns, and propose solutions to enhance the quality of labeling tasks and their outputs.
