5. Exposure to cloud platforms AWS and Amazon Web Services.
6. Excellent troubleshooting skills with customer service experience / strong customer focus.

Job Description :

As a Software Development Engineer I on the Client Business Intelligence team, you’ll build products that enable our customers to get insights into their travel data in a timely manner. In this role, you will represent our clients in cross-team solution design discussions on future direction and help shape the future of client BI in business travel.

1. Assist in analysing requirements and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
2. Help translate functional specifications into technical designs with support from senior engineers.
3. Participate in various stages of the product life cycle, including development, testing, deployment, and providing operational support.
4. Contribute to the implementation of specific components under supervision.
5. Write efficient and maintainable code, and assist in code reviews, testing, and debugging.
6. Learn and adhere to coding standards within the team.
7. Support the promotion of best practices, usability, and quality in software development.
8. Learn and start utilizing new technologies with guidance.
9. Assist in delivering application features by working with internal teams.
10. Contribute to the production duties for the services owned by the team: Monitoring, Release Management, On Call.
