Qualification : BE/BTech/MCA

Experience : Freshers / 0-2 years

Skill Set :

  1. Light experience with Java and common Java frameworks
  2. Light experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and web application development
  3. Any experience with Object-Oriented design and coding
  4. Knowledge of domain-driven design and Service-Oriented architecture
  5. Quick learner with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  6. Light exposure to writing unit and integration tests
  7. Ability to work with engineers on cross-functional agile projects
  8. An understanding of data structures, algorithm analysis, and design skills
  9. Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences

Job Description :

As an Associate Software Engineer at Anthology, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality solutions to the higher education community, specifically for our CRM, Reach. This role requires collaboration, analysis, coding, testing, and maintenance to ensure the best possible outcomes for our products.

  1. Coding and performing unit testing of enhancements in the Product Suite
  2. Stabilization and maintenance of the Product Suite, analyzing root causes of issues, and suggesting areas for improvement
  3. Actively participating in SCRUM ceremonies, providing constructive suggestions and input
  4. Developing testable, reusable, efficient, and legible code for enhancements in the Product Suite
  5. Analyzing business requirements, discussing impacted areas, and providing viable technical solutions and providing multiple alternatives to resolve issues/areas of concern
  6. Actively contributing to team commitments.
