Job Description :
An essential part of your role is to independently advise and support our customers regarding all their inquiries. You ensure smooth communication, maintain customer satisfaction and are able to work independently. Additional responsibilities included below.
- Serve as the first point of contact for Customers, providing prompt, courteous and efficient assistance through various communication channels
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products or services
- Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints in the designated CRM system
- Proactively gather customer feedback and insights, identify trends, and communicate suggestions for improvement.
