Job Description :
The purpose of the Asset Health COE within the Enterprise Service management domain at ANZ, will be to lead the journey enabling the business to succeed on their service-led transformation through leveraging a stable and purposeful IT Asset Health management foundation.
The focus will be on delivering a centralised IT Asset Health capability, ensuring a consistent, reliable and quality data foundation to platform tenants and customers inclusive of:
- Asset and Configuration Management: ensuring our assets and the configuration of IT services are well managed (including definitions, health indicators, ensuring compliance of associated process)
- Software Licence Management: Manage software vendors, contracts and associated obligations.
- CMDB – Maintenance and performance of the Enterprise CMDB including discovery and accuracy. Uplift, govern and execute on the organizational capability of Certificate management
