Job Designation : Technology Developer Graduate

Stipend : Up to ₹55k/month

Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree

Experience :  Freshers

Skill Set :

  1. Proficiency in scripting languages C, C++, Java, Javascript and Python.
  2. Strong application & development skills.
  3. Good knowledge of multi-threaded programming and SQL.
  4. Sound understanding of AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
  5. Familiar with with Agile and DevOps concepts.
  6. Ability to effectively communicate with end-users and other developers in a global, team-based environment.
  7. Strong inter-personal skills with ability to communicate thoughts, designs, and implementations in both written and verbal form.
  8. Results-oriented, self-starter with positive “can-do” attitude.

Job Description :

To design, develop and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.

  1. Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
  2. Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
  3. Collaboration with peers, participation in code reviews, and promotion of a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
  4. Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.
  5. Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
  6. Partner with other functions and business areas.
  7. Takes responsibility for end results of a team’s operational processing and activities.
  8. Escalate breaches of policies / procedure appropriately.
  9. Take responsibility for embedding new policies/ procedures adopted due to risk mitigation.
  10. Advise and influence decision making within own area of expertise.
  11. Take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work you own or contribute to. Deliver your work and areas of responsibility in line with relevant rules, regulation and codes of conduct.
  12. Maintain and continually build an understanding of how own sub-function integrates with function, alongside knowledge of the organisations products, services and processes within the function.
  13. Demonstrate understanding of how areas coordinate and contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the organisation sub-function.
  14. Make evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information, paying attention to detail.
  15. Resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and will be guided by precedents.
  16. Guide and persuade team members and communicate complex / sensitive information.
  17. Act as contact point for stakeholders outside of the immediate function, while building a network of contacts outside team and external to the organisation.
