Salary : 8 LPA – 12 LPA

Qualification : Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree

Experience :  Freshers / 0 – 2 years

Skill Set :

  1. Flexibility in hours of work and ability to work changing shifts patterns.
  2. Effective communication, including questioning skills.
  3. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  4. Achieving high standards and delivering results with accuracy and attention to detail.
  5. MS Office Applications (preferably, Excel, word & PowerPoint).
  6. Risk awareness.
  7. Min Typing speed of 20-25 wpm & 80% accuracy in the test.
  8. Excellent analytical skills and an ability to solve issues.

Job Description :

  1. Support the provision of customer service through various communication channels including chat, email and phone.
  2. Support the execution of customer service requirements to resolve more complex customer needs, requests and enquires.
  3. Collaboration with teams across the bank to align and integrate customer care processes.
  4. Identification of areas for improvement and providing recommendations for change in customer care processes, by providing feedback and coaching for colleagues on these highlighted areas.
  5. Development and implementation of customer care procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain efficient operations.
  6. Resolution of customer inquiries and issues related to the bank’s products and services, including account balances, transactions and payments.
  7. Development and execution of reports and presentations on customer care performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.
