BCG looking for fresher Junior Data Analyst with good knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C/C++, C#, Objective C, Python, and JavaScript, having expertise in full stack development, with a focus on front-end and integration.

Skill Set :

  1. Good knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C/C++, C#, Objective C, Python, and JavaScript.
  2. Undergraduate degree minimum (Engineering, Commerce, General streams –Science, Economics etc.) with strong academic record
  3. Strong analytics skills with the ability to develop and codify knowledge and provide analytical advice where required.Technical requirement
  4. Working knowledge of advanced excel and VBA
  5. Knowledge of visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau
  6. Alteryx working knowledge.

Job Description : 

  1. Delivering original analysis and insights to case teams, typically owning all or part of an analytics module whilst integrating with a case team.
  2. Establishing credibility by thought partnering with case teams on analytics topics; drawing conclusions on a range of external and internal issues related to your module.
  3. Communicating analytical insights through sophisticated synthesis and packaging of results (including PPT slides and charts) with consultants; collecting, synthesizing, analyzing case team learning & inputs into new best practices and methodologies
  4. Developing broad expertise in at least one analytics topic or platform
  5. •Executing analytical approach and creating defined outcome; contributing to approach selection Communicating with confidence and ease
  6. Clear and confident communicator, able to deliver messages in a concise manner with strong and effective written and verbal communication.
