BCG looking for fresher Software Research Associate with good knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C/C++, C#, Objective C, Python, and JavaScript, having expertise in full stack development, with a focus on front-end and integration.

Job Designation :  AI Engineer

Salary : 20 LPA –  28 LPA

Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree

Experience : Freshers/ 0 – 2 Years

Skill Set :

  1. Very high proficiency in Python programming language, knowledge of other languages such as R, Java would be a plus.
  2. Knowledge of various AI/ML models including deep learning models.
  3. Knowledge of Generative AI stack – Large Language Models / Foundation Models, vector databases, orchestration stack.
  4. Hand on experience in building AI orchestration with frameworks like LangChain.
  5. Knowledge of vector databases e.g., Pinecone, Chroma etc.
  6. Deep understanding of data processing frameworks e.g., Data Bricks, Airflow etc.
  7. Knowledge of API frameworks Django, Flask etc.
  8. Understanding of cloud data & AI stack on AWS / Azure / GCP is preferred.

Job Description : 

  1. Build technology stack for AI/ML use cases from concept to production deployment.
  2. Build data pipelines, ingestion of structured & structured data for model training.
  3. Create Generative AI pipelines & technology stack e.g., orchestration, prompt engineering,fine tuning etc.
  4. Deploy AI/ML models into production and build API layer for application integration.
