BCG looking for fresher Global IT Software Engineer with good knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C/C++, C#, Objective C, Python, and JavaScript, having expertise in full stack development, with a focus on front-end and integration.

Skill Set :

  1. Good knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C/C++, C#, Objective C, Python, and JavaScript.
  2. Expertise in full stack development, with a focus on front-end and integration.
  3. Experience with ServiceNow, particularly the ServiceNow Service Portal.
  4. Strong proficiency in API development and configuration.
  5. Good knowledge of developing Cloud Native apps.
  6. Proven ability to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
  7. Good verbal and written communication skills.

Job Description : 

  1. contributing to the development of BCG’s flagship GenAI use case for an IT support chatbot.
  2. This chatbot will be a critical component in transforming IT support through AI-driven solutions.
  3. Your team will work closely with the Cloud Platform Engineering (CPE) team, which is responsible for building the shared GenAI platform.
  4. This platform will support multiple GenAI use cases across the company, ensuring scalable and robust AI solutions.
  5. The close collaboration between ITBP and CPE will be essential for the successful implementation and integration of the self-service chatbot and other innovative AI solutions
