BlackRock seeking fresher Robotic Process Automation good knowledge of Java, having good MySQL / Oracle skills, Object Oriented Analysis and knowledge of No-SQL databases, as well as ability to automate data processing.

Job Designation : Robotic Process Automation

Salary :  8 LPA – 12 LPA

Qualification : Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree

Experience : Freshers / 0 – 3 years

Skill Set :

  1. Understanding of Legal and Compliance processes
  2. Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across large data sets
  4. Attention to detail, data analysis and problem-solving capabilities
  5. Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work well in a team-based environment while at the same time being able to work independently and autonomously.
  6. Proactive and self-motivated with a “can do” attitude and an ability to use own initiative
  7. Ability to multi-task and prioritize across multiple projects and assignments; must be able to deliver and meet timelines in a fast-paced global project environment.
  8. Preferred experience with Excel VBA, SQL, Unqork, Archer, Aladdin data tables and Port Groups
  9. Student of technology that stays abreast of new and emerging tools that have the potential to positively transform processes

Job Description :

  1. Provide business analysis and detailed requirements capture
  2. Ensure project documentation meets the standard outlined by the team’s governance framework
  3. Design, develop, and test RPA solutions using industry-leading RPA tools.
  4. Maintain and support existing RPA solutions, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA processes.
  6. Document RPA processes and provide training to end-users.
  7. Continuously monitor and optimize RPA solutions to improve performance and efficiency.
  8. Manage the day-to-day project deliverables including providing project status updates to stakeholders
  9. Actively identify gaps that pose a risk to project success.
