Job Designation : Associate Software Engineer Automation

Salary :  8 LPA – 12 LPA

Qualification : Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree

Experience : Freshers / 0 – 2 years

Skill Set :

1. Expertise in writing Python code using object-oriented programming, and working with document-handling libraries & NLP/ML/AI libraries.
2. Proficient in developing relational databases.
3. Sound knowledge of No-SQL databases, as well as ability to automate data processing.
4. Familiar with natural language processing and data science skills are desirable.
5. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
6. Experience with GIT or Azure DevOps.
7. Skills in creating and applying AI/ML models for processes optimization.
8. Creative and resourceful problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate innovative solutions.
9. Work experience with using and fine-tunning open source LLM and advanced understanding of prompt engineering.
10. Organized and meticulous, with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
11. Excellent communication skills and able to convey information clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical audiences.
12. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
13. Self-driven, proactive, and committed to achieving objectives.
14. Experience in natural language processing and data science skills.

Job Description :

1. Build scalable data pipelines by writing Python or VBA code to load data into databases that can manage substantial amounts of data.
2. Ensure resilience and stability through quality code reviews, unit, regression and user acceptance testing, dev ops and level two production support.
3. Create, run, support, and modify various automated workflows that help business partners.
4. Craft SQL queries to effectively analyze and manage data in servers.
5. Document automations thoroughly and use distributed version control system (Azure DevOps) to ensure business continuity.
6. Develop and maintain Tableau or Power BI dashboards that are informative, clear, and attractive.
7. Provide innovative solutions and tools for complex problems that can be used by non-technical users.
8. Use various AI techniques such as Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and LLMs (Large Language Models) to improve processes.
9. Develop and fine-tune predictive, classification, and regression models with applications that enhance operational processes.
10. Create an ensemble of AI services (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, OpenAI) that quickly solves a need of problem.
11. Optimize LLM (Large Language Models) prompts and context to improve quality of responses.
12. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the GCB Tech Pod team’s processes and methods.
13. Collaborate, assist and respect others, and keep improving our skills.
14. Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in Artificial Intelligence, data analytics and automation.
