Qualification : Bachelor’s degree

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting tools.

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Assist in the day-to-day management of technical operations, ensuring seamless and efficient processes.
  • Support Handling: Respond to and resolve support tickets and inquiries promptly and professionally, providing top-notch customer service.
  • Order Management: Oversee the order management process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze operational data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Generate and maintain reports on operational metrics, support activities, and order statuses.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to ensure alignment and coordination across different aspects of operations.
  • Documentation: Create and update documentation related to operational processes, support protocols, and order management
