Skill Set :

  1. Demonstrate expertise in SAP BTP Administration and its integration capabilities.
  2. Have hands-on experience with SAP HANA Administration including database management and optimization.
  3. Show proficiency in NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin ensuring stable and efficient system operations.
  4. Exhibit knowledge in SAP Basis Administration covering installations upgrades and configurations.
  5. Understand the Finance & Accounting domain and how SAP systems support financial processes.
  6. Familiarity with Devices / SPM domain requirements and SAP system capabilities.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  8. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Job Description :

  1. Receives and handles calls for service and follow agreed procedures to resolve tickets
  2. Promptly allocates calls as appropriate
  3. Logs incidents and service requests and maintains relevant records
  4. Managing incidents and requests through the service management tool
  5. Provide support for a wide range and constantly evolving applications software and hardware
  6. Maintaining governance standards across all IT service management processes
  7. Liaise with management to communicate and understand issues and be able to effectively coordinate how to resolve an issue
  8. Identify repeat issues or service risks
  9. Take ownership of faults in a logical manner and throughout their entire lifecycle
