Job Designation : Content Review or Digital Marketing Associate

Qualification : Bachelors Degree

Experience : Freshers

Skill Set :

1. Good knowledge of Management and content moderation.
2.  Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills.
3. Ability to conduct thorough research using Google platform on a variety of pages.
4. Attention to detail and accuracy, proficient with computers and MS office / equivalent platforms.
5. Able to read and comprehend content given, and establish context with the given task.
6. Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills.
7. Problem solving skills with customer centric approach.
8. Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift work).
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Description :

You will need to extract relevant information on Activities, Events and Topics related to Points of Interest / businesses, in-line with provided Training and Policy Guidelines and further manage the process metrics on a daily / weekly and monthly basis.

1. Check the images, match with the website.
2. Verify the content with website.
3. Understanding sensitive content
4. View the content, check the Brand Name and Website, Check if non-Family safe content, rate the content. etc’
5. Ability to work independently.
6. Organized and able to manage time and tasks efficiently.
7. Strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver accurately, efficiently and to a high standard.
8. Have a neutral mindset towards different video content that needs classification, regardless of the content itself.
9. Result-oriented, self-motivated, independent and inquisitive
10. Able to thrive in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. Interested in social media and current events.
11. Refer images and videos to extract activities related to that Place topic.
12. Evaluate activities and events, and categorize them into different buckets based on instructions
13. Identify relevant / irrelevant aspects related to business category, reviews, queries, etc. used for comparing and rating a place.
14. Making sure the tasks allotted are completed within the defined SLA/TAT time.
15. Should be able to work independently and understand his/her performance metrics for improvement opportunities.
