Job Designation : Digital Marketing Associate – Content Moderation

Qualification : Any Graduate

Experience : Freshers

Skill Set :

  1. Good knowledge of Management and content moderation.
  2. Sound knowledge of Google Products, Digital Marketing,
  3.  Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills.
  4. Problem solving skills with customer centric approach.
  5. Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift work).
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Description :

  1. Check the images, match with the website and Verify the content with website.
  2. Understanding sensitive content.
  3. View the content, check the Brand Name and Website, Check if non-Family safe content, rate the content etc
  4. Content writing/ moderation.
  5. Customer Relationship Management.
  6. Participate and contribute to organizational activities.
  7. Efficient and timely service delivery across teams for multiple clients They work closely with the functional leads to define overall strategies and processes to increase the efficiency and productivity within the process They work with BD team to increase the span of services and add new clients.
  8. Create and manage Risk and mitigation plan based on discussion with project stake holders.
  9. Report to the manager on performance status and any escalations.
