Job Designation : Digital Marketing Content review Associate

Qualification : Bachelors Degree

Experience : Freshers

Skill Set :

  1. Good knowledge of Management and content moderation.
  2.  Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills.
  3. Ability to conduct thorough research using Google platform on a variety of pages.
  4. Attention to detail and accuracy, proficient with computers and MS office / equivalent platforms.
  5. Able to read and comprehend content given, and establish context with the given task.
  6. Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills.
  7. Fair knowledge of navigation on Google Maps and Geography
  8. Able to work in different shifts depending on business requirements
  9. Good in applying theoretical knowledge into practice and make sound decisions based on predefined policies
  10. Problem solving skills with customer centric approach.
  11. Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift work).
  12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Description :

  1. Conduct thorough secondary research to comprehend various resources for information extraction related to activities and events of the given business.
  2. Read User reviews and extract the activities that can be performed for those Points of interest or Place topics.
  3. Refer images and videos to extract activities related to that Place topic.
  4. Evaluate activities and events, and categorize them into different buckets based on instructions
  5. Identify relevant / irrelevant aspects related to business category, reviews, queries, etc. used for comparing and rating a place.
  6. Making sure the tasks allotted are completed within the defined SLA/TAT time.
  7. Should be able to work independently and understand his/her performance metrics for improvement opportunities.
