  6. Ability to interface with different internal and external teams to get things done
  7. Proven ability to make decisions based on the best interests of customers, as well as the technical
  8. Must be able to work in 24/7 business hours
  9. Excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on the customer issue in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Good comprehension skills ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present.
  11. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Job Description :

This role works closely with Sales, Advertisers, Creative Agencies, Media Agencies, Trafficking Team, and Quality Assurance Specialists. It requires great customer service skills.

  1. Resolve high volume of support requests from internal sales teams in a fast, precise, and professional manner; mostly through Email and chat,
  2. Develop mastery of the product, and use this to resolve support requests and escalate if necessary
  3. Identifying the most efficient solution and escalating bugs & technical issues
  4. Identify process gaps and proactively suggest improvements
