  2. Good knowledge of MS office applications.
  3. Ability to use a desktop computer system.
  4. Excellent documentation skills.
  5. Good process knowledge and business management skills.
  6. Good comprehension skills ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
  7. Ability to concentrate follow customers issues without distraction to resolution
  8. Good composition skills ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response
  9. Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently
  10. Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers
  11. Excellent typing skills
  12. Excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on the customer issue in a fast-paced environment

Job Description :

  1. Follow all compliance and security measures relating to client data.
  2. Take action on process changes and updates and handle the same with proper research.
  3. Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed the monthly/annual quality & productivity targets.
  4. Adhere to process norms and structure.
  5. Ability to gather information via outbound calls to businesses within specific country locations.
  6. Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
  7. support users to make bookings/ reservations with various types of businesses
  8. work with great attention to detail / content review
  9. Have an extensive exposure to customer service
  10. Work in a rapidly changing environment
  11. Work with high profile tech/ evolving AI
