Job Designation : Data Analyst

Qualification : Graduate/Post Graduate/ Doctorate degree

Experience : Freshers /  0 – 1 year

Skill Set :

  1. Strong Knowledge of various programming languages (Python, Microsoft Excel, VBA, Matlab, SQL etc).
  2. Good knowledge of Generative AI, PV Case Processing.
  3. Proficient in  . Net Core, MS SQL Server and ASP. NET.
  4. Knowledge of Cloud technologies and Testing skills.
  5. Well versed with Web Research and Microsoft Office.
  6. Strong programming skills and debugging skills.
  7. Good analytical and problem solving skills.
  8. Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Job Description :

Business/ Customer :

  1. Minimal Customer interaction under guidance.
  2. Understands Domain Process/sub process, functions, terminologies (such as SOP, QC checklists).
  3. For PV/Complaints Management Individuals in this role perform data entry of data received from Source documents into the respective Clinical/Safety database While peroforming this activity the associate is responsible for meeting turnaround times and accuracy.

CODING :

  1. Perform coding activities on the assigned project with timelines and efficiency.
  2. Import uncoded terms in database and export coded medical terms from coding platform.
  3. Query Management.
  4. Create “New Term Request” and prioritize.
  5. Perform Dictionary upversioning activity as and when required.

CDM :

  1. Limited to study conduct activities.
  2. Data review and Query management is done with assistance.
  3. Limited email conversations with Client.
  4. Every activity requires Peer QC by supervisor or allocated seniors.
  5. NO INVOLVEMENT in Set Up and Migration activities.
  6. Limited involvement of data pad locking activities during timelines of DataBase locks.

Project / Process :

  1. Handles First level processing of assigned transactions, Complex problems (procedures/processes) are referred to Supervisor/Line Manager.
  2. Adhere to quality requirements, achieve targets/volumes in given TAT(Turn around time).
  3. Adhere to the mandatory industry regulation and compliance requirements for the given process.

Knowledge Management:

  1. Understand various document templates and standards(Such as SOP’s) to interpret the documents & related terminologies.

People/Team Management:

  1. Adhere to org hygiene and compliance needs in terms of Time sheet submission, Assimilation & Attendance.
