  2. Take action on process changes and updates and handle the same with proper research.
  3. Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed the monthly/annual quality & productivity targets.
  4. Adhere to process norms and structure.
  5. Ability to gather information via outbound calls to businesses within specific country locations.
  6. Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
  7. support users to make bookings/ reservations with various types of businesses
  8. work with great attention to detail / content review
  9. Have an extensive exposure to customer service
  10. Work in a rapidly changing environment
  11. Work with high profile tech/ evolving AI
