Job Designation : Process Executive  

Qualification : Bachelors Degree

Experience : Freshers /  0 – 1 year

Skill Set :

  1. Expertise in Excel, Salesforce CRM tool, online advertising, analytics and HTML.
  2. Familiar with content review, policy and/or enforcement.
  3. Analytical approach – data backed reasoning, critical thinking, logical, objective analysis.
  4. Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office & Browsing Internet resources.
  5. Data-driven, technical, proactive and curious.
  6. Research oriented -Exceptionally resourceful; fearless in mining available knowledge bases to find answers
  7. Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  8. Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers.
  9. Ability to use a desktop computer system.
  10. Excellent documentation skills and typing skills.

Job Description :

  1. Become an expert on the Social media Ads products.
  2. Resolve issues clearly and thoughtfully via online chat and email.
  3. Assist customers with troubleshooting product issues, reporting them to the appropriate teams and offering suggestions for interim solutions.
  4. Manage workflow to meet and exceed defined service level agreements.
  5. Troubleshooting – using internal and external tools to diagnose the issue
  6. Replicating – using a test account in the same environment to reproduce issue
  7. Developing and testing hypotheses – eliminating scenarios to get to route of issue
  8. Data analysis – interpreting data & compare with previous campaigns, alternative advertisers
  9. Determine root cause of issue e.g. review source code of website, pixel extensions
