Job Description :

1. Monitor and maintain the health of cloud infrastructure using Azure App Insights and Azure Native Monitoring.
2. Utilize Azure Monitor to track performance and ensure system reliability.
3. Implement AWS CloudWatch for comprehensive monitoring of AWS resources.
4. Use AWS Cloudtrail to log and monitor account activity across AWS infrastructure.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of monitoring tools.
6. Analyze system performance data to identify and resolve issues proactively.
7. Develop and maintain documentation for monitoring processes and procedures.
8. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for monitoring-related issues.
9. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in monitoring and logging.
10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of monitoring strategies and tools.
11. Work closely with the Cards and Payments team to understand domain-specific requirements.
12. Assist in the development and implementation of monitoring solutions tailored to the Cards and Payments domain.
