Cognizant looking for fresher Content review Process Executive with good research skills, having strong  Management and content moderation knowledge.

Job Designation : Content Review Process Executive

Qualification : Bachelors Degree

Experience : Freshers

Skill Set :

  1. Good knowledge of Management and content moderation.
  2.  Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills.
  3. Ability to conduct thorough research using Google platform on a variety of pages.
  4. Attention to detail and accuracy, proficient with computers and MS office / equivalent platforms.
  5. Able to read and comprehend content given, and establish context with the given task.
  6. Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills.
  7. Fair knowledge of navigation on Google Maps and Geography
  8. Able to work in different shifts depending on business requirements
  9. Good in applying theoretical knowledge into practice and make sound decisions based on predefined policies
  10. Problem solving skills with customer centric approach.
  11. Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift work).
  12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Description :

  1. Moderate the content and ensure the required accuracy is maintained.
  2. Complete the given assignments within the defined SLA/TAT
  3. Work and understand metrics to manage performance independently
  4. Make the correct decisions to ensure accurate information is updated on the front-end.
  5. Focus on achieving 100% user satisfaction and ensure zero client escalations.
  6. Follow all compliance and security measures related to client data
  7. Ensure process guidelines are followed and met as documented
  8. Meet client metrics & related issues on time with highest quality, stay up to date with the process knowledge/changes. Refer to knowledge updates/repositories to effectively process transactions.
  9. Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed the daily/monthly/annual quality & productivity targets.
