Job Designation : Non Voice Process Associate

Qualification : Any Graduate

Experience : Freshers

Skill Set :

  1. Basic computer knowledge.
  2. Good knowledge of MS office.
  3.  Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills.
  4. Problem solving skills with customer centric approach.
  5. Good knowledge of Management and content moderation.
  6. Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift work).
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  8. Good written and verbal communication skills
  9. Provisional certificate/Degree Certificate is mandatory.
  10. Should be ready to work in Night Shift(US Shift)
  11. Should be ready to Work from Office
  12. Should have all mandatory documents for BGV proceedings

Job Description :

  1. Verify and review information as per policy and guidelines
  2. Follow all compliance and security measures relating to client data
  3. Take action on process changes and updates and handle the same with proper research
  4. Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed the monthly/annual quality & productivity targets
  5. Adhere to process norms and structure
  6. Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
  7. Work with great attention to detail
  8. Work in a rapidly changing environment.
