Job Description :

  1. Responsible for handling calls and chat and providing customer support,
  2. Identify and relate with various customer needs and scenarios,
  3. Should be able to communicate in English as this job profile involves interaction with customers from North American / Canadian / UK / Australia and New Zealand markets
  4. Analyze and process transactions accurately & on time.
  5. Document all transactions completed in a day.
  6. Make significant contribution towards collecting metrics on processes
  7. Maintain positive and cooperative working relationships with all.
  8. Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals.
