Cummins India is hiring for the role of Electronic Systems Product Engineer!

Requirements:

College, university, or equivalent bachelor’s degree in engineering or appropriate STEM field.
Post-graduate (Master’s) degree relevant to this discipline area may be required for select roles.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Understanding of electronic system interfaces.
Knowledge of Cummins tools such as Insite, Cal term, VEPS, Integrity, and Windchill.
User-level understanding of Cummins processes (VPI, VPCR, FIRG, PQC, DCR).
Project management skills.
Entry-level/early career professional experience, preferably in temporary student employment environments (intern, co-op, extracurricular team activities) or as an early career professional in a relevant technical discipline.
Preferred knowledge of MS Office tools.

Responsibilities:

Investigate electronic application and systems problems, understand causal mechanisms, recommend appropriate actions, and document results with guidance.
Support the improvement of electronic application and systems development processes, including system specification, modeling and simulation, calibration, DVP&R, and troubleshooting.
Utilize tools for simulation, calibration, and product life maintenance.
