What would you be doing here?
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions & manage and resolve customer complaints.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

We are a 280+ member team of doctors, engineers, and business folks headquartered in Bangalore. We are a part of the M3 Group, Japan (M3 INC 2413 Tokyo Stock Exchange).
Marrow is the leading product from Neuroglia Health Private Ltd catering completely to the Medical Education Industry. It is an e-Learning product that helps doctors to prepare for their PG Examinations, through MCQ Questions, Question Banks, Test Series, and Video lectures. It is a B2C product and generates revenue through online subscriptions.
