Skill Set :

  1. Proficient knowledge of SAP ERP basics.
  2. Sound Knowledge of the core Microsoft Office packages is essential with emphasis on Microsoft Excel
  3. Excellent customer service skills, whilst demonstrating a calm manner, and the ability to ask effective questions.
  4. Basic accounting skills
  5. Thorough knowledge of basic PC software.
  6. Must have a supportive team player attitude who is reliable and respects others, with a desire and drive to meet and exceed team targets.
  7. Required to always project a professional image of ESS.
  8. Follows appropriate policies and processes, with a good understanding of risk.
  9. Is open, receptive, and adaptable to change, whilst also demonstrating integrity and a can-do attitude.

Job Description :

The Associate Analyst role will support the ESS group. The primary function of this role will be liaison with internal customers and supporting them with engagement management related requests and tasks.

  1. Develop strong knowledge on various regions, office locations and business units to better understand client requirements and assist.
  2. Setting up new engagements in SAP
  3. Processing amendments/adjustments on an Engagement
  4. Generating WIP (work in progress) reports recurring/adhoc based
  5. Engagement management, reporting and analysis.
  6. Raising client Invoices.
  7. Always ensure accuracy, clarifying issues within team prior to delivery as appropriate.
  8. Collaborate with team to ensure service level agreements are met.
  9. Adhere to Quality, Risk & Security guidelines.
  10. Record and maintain accurate activity information tracking through to timely closure.
  11. Maintain own continuing professional development to ensure advice given is appropriate and of a high quality.
