Deloitte currently seeking an Software Application Support Engineer  and Survey administrator to join our dynamic team.

Job Designation : Software Application Support Engineer 

Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree

Experience : Freshers / Experienced

Skill Set :

  1. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to customize survey interfaces and implement advanced features.
  2. Familiarity with various programming languages, databases, and application frameworks.
  3. Good knowledge of data analysis concepts, APIs and SQL tools.
  4. Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.
  5. In-depth knowledge of application deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  6. Proven experience in application management or related IT roles.
  7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with end-users and technical teams.
  9. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively.
  10. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Description :

This role is responsible for providing technical support for various applications while also playing a pivotal role in the support and maintenance. This position requires a unique blend of technical proficiency and survey management expertise to ensure smooth operations and data collection

Application Support :
  1. Provide prompt and effective technical support to end-users, addressing application-related issues and ensuring minimal downtime.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose software problems, log and track support requests, and escalate issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  3. Collaborate with the IT and development teams to resolve technical issues, implement updates, and perform system upgrades.
  4. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s applications, their functionality, and their integration with other systems.
  5. Create and maintain documentation related to application support processes, troubleshooting procedures, and issue resolutions.
  6. Monitor system performance, identify and address potential problems, and implement preventive measures to ensure system stability.
  7. Assist in user training and education on application functionality, best practices, and usage guidelines.
  8. Participate in the testing and quality assurance of new software releases, patches, and updates.
Survey :
  1. Survey creation and management
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather survey requirements, ensuring surveys are tailored to specific research goals.
  3. Knowledge of implement survey logic, branching, and advanced features
  4. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in collected survey responses.
  5. Create and maintain documentation related to survey design, development, and best practices.
  6. Train and support end-users in survey creation and administration within the Qualtrics platform.
