Job Designation : Webform Analyst

Qualification : Bachelor’s degree

Experience : Freshers/ 0-3 Years

Salary : Upto 7 LPA

Skill Set :

  1. Strong communication & presentation skills.
  2. Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow in ticket management and data extracts/dashboard presentation.
  3. Strong knowledge of Windows technical troubleshooting including Macs, Mobile Devices, iPads.
  4. Experience at service desk providing support across various channels including phone support.
  5. Experience on product-based support
  6. Hands-on experience in Active Directory, Microsoft Identity Manager, CyberArk platforms.
  7. Ownership of issues to improve customer experience.
  8. Understanding of the CSI process.
  9. Full understanding of the full stack of support levels.
