DHL seeking a highly motivated  DevOps Software Engineer  with good programming skills in Javascript / Python, expertise in development and operation support.

Salary : 16 LPA – 29 LPA

Qualification : Bachelor’s / Master’s degree

Experience : Freshers / 0 – 3 years

Skill Set :

  1. Proficient in any of the programming languages C, C++, Java, Javascript, Ruby, PHP, Node. js, Python etc.
  2. Knowledge of Cloud technologies and Testing skills.
  3. Sound knowledge of  SQL, Linux, database concepts
  4. Familiar with cloud-based technologies and Artificial Intelligence.
  5. Experience with various Linux and Windows operation systems.
  6. Passion for cloud-based technologies and Artificial Intelligence.
  7. Passion about great customer/conversational experience.
  8. Experience in Agile delivery environment, life-cycle product support, and troubleshoot and provide solution with Google Dialog flow.
  9. Experience in development and operation support.
  10. Excellent writing and communication skills.

Job Description :

  1. Develop and implement new chatbots for our business units along clear functional. requirements and great conversational experiences at different levels of complexity (minor to high)
  2. Extend, adjust and maintain existing solutions by continuously improving conversational flows and intents.
  3. Analysing and understanding business requirements and objectives.
  4. Identifying, evaluating and recommending possible solutions & the best conversational approach.
  5. Experienced with Agile/Scrum/DevSecOps project delivery methods and well-versed with delivering on Sprint basis.
  6. Focusing continuous improvement of operation support.
  7. Support incident production tickets of deployed/live chatbots.
  8. Communicate with colleagues across the world, lead presentations, workshops and trainings.
