Qualification : Bachelor’s degree

Experience : Freshers

Skill Set :

  1. Hands on practice in engineering CAD tools preferably Solid works, Inventor etc.
  2. Good Understanding in Mechanics, Strength of Material and Manufacturing Processes etc.
  3. Thoroughness in documentation, attention to detail.
  4. Effectively communicate with Local, Global & cross-functional teams.
  5. Must have the ability to think from the customers perspective.
  6. Fluent in English (both written and verbal) and effectively communicate with Local, Global & cross-functional teams.
  7. CAD tool certificates will be an added advantage.

Job Description :

This role will work as a part team of a execute ETO, NPD and VA/VE programs for Knife gate valve products. You will be work on Valve design tasks, which includes component design, 2D/3D CAD Drawings, refer international standards, manufacturing drawings, working with suppliers and interact with Global Engineering teams.

  1. Work within engineering team to create 3D part & assembly models, 2D manufacturing drawings, engineering BoMs.
  2. Work with product design team to execute VA/VE and sustenance engineering projects.
  3. Builds relationship across plant functions, locations & global teams to gain/share information on different knife gate valve products.
