Qualification : Bachelor’s degree

Experience : Freshers

Skill Set :

  1. Proficient in  Test Automation Management Tools and Test Execution Engine.
  2. Strong knowledge and experience in working with Data Analytic tools i.e., TABLEAU,Power BI etc.
  3. Strong Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Server, Big Query.
  4. Good command of programming language and software environment for statistical analysis, graphics representation and reporting i.e. Python.
  5. Good understanding of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Technologies.
  6. Good knowledge of creating insight from data.
  7. Education: bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  8. Driven by behaviors such as: Data driven, Agile, Automation, Value Focus, Innovation

Job Description :

  1. Monitor 1st Level Services closely and manage any emerging events.
  2. Monitor Resource and Service Performance actively.
  3. Assess Customer Complaint Trends and manage 1st Level Incidents.
  4. Efficiently escalate and manage security incidents.
  5. Track the progress of incident resolution and employ functional escalation methods where necessary.
  6. Initiate proactive Problem Management.
  7. Provide corrective maintenance and execute support for Field Maintenance.
  8. Ensure Remote Site Access Control and manage a one-off Logical Access Control.
  9. Execute legal requests at the 1st Level.
  10. Trace Emergency Calls and manage Right of Way Handling.
  11. Conduct proactive 1st Level Assurance Support activities.
  12. Monitor customer experiences and performance assessments based on specific use cases.
