Skill Set :

- Ability to communicate at different levels within the organization
- Ability to plan ahead and anticipate potential problems before they arise
- Strong MS Office skills specifically Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to learn new software tools
- Knowledge of foreign languages including French, German, Spanish, Italian or Dutch is a plus.
Job Description :
- Vendor management and event coordination, particularly for residential programs.
- Data analytics, MIS preparation, and budget preparation for events.
- Petty cash, accounts payable/receivable management, and training calendar tracking.
- Attendance updating, feedback management, and training room allocation.
- Tele-calling for participant registrations and engagement code management.
- Printing, binding, and dispatching participant materials.
- Vendor and location identification for banquets and events, PO management.
- Managing domestic and international travel/accommodation for faculty and participants.
