Job Designation : AWS/Azure Cloud Operations Engineer

Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree

Experience : Freshers / experienced

Skill Set :

1. Expertise in cloud platforms, specifically AWS and Azure.
2. Basic knowledge of cloud platforms, specifically AWS and Azure.
3. Understanding of networking concepts and cloud networking.
4. Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash).
5. Basic knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
6. Internship or entry-level experience in cloud operations, IT infrastructure, or a related field is a plus.
7. Experience with cloud monitoring and management tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Azure Monitor) is a plus.
8. Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude towards achieving project goals. 
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner. 
10. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Job Description :

In this role, you will support and maintain our cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure platforms. You will work closely with senior engineers to ensure the smooth operation, reliability, and security of our cloud environments. 

1. Assist in the deployment, management, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure.
2. Monitor cloud systems’ health and performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
3. Implement and manage cloud resources, including virtual machines, storage, and networking.
4. Develop and maintain scripts for automation of cloud operations using tools like PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
5. Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation for resource provisioning and configuration management.
6. Support the implementation of security best practices and compliance requirements in the cloud environment.
7. Assist in managing cloud security tools and monitoring solutions to protect against threats.
8. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.
9. Provide support for cloud-related incidents and change management processes.
10. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and cloud solutions.
11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of cloud environments, procedures, and configurations.
