Job Designation : Business Analyst – Software Engineer

Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree

Experience : Freshers

Skill Set :

1. Strong computer engineering concepts like Data Structures, Algorithms etc.
2. Good understand database concepts. Knowledge of any RDBMS database like SQL Server, or document database like Mongo DB etc.
3. Good knowledge in Java, HTML 5, JSP, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular CLI (version 2+), Ngnx, ReactJS, TypeScript, Python, etc. 
4. Solid understanding of one or more of the leading cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) environment.
5. Sound knowledge of Access/SQL and database management.
6. Strong understanding of Excel functions, formulas, and advanced features.
7. Should be a team player, eager to learn and work on finding efficient solutions to problem statements.
8. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
9. Self-motivation and inclination for continuous learning.

Job Description :

1. Collaborate with our data analysts and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and work to troubleshoot/enhance database structures and queries.
2. Contribute to continual improvement by suggesting improvements/Automation or new technologies.
3. Responsible for Debugging and implementing database performance monitoring and tuning.
4. Manage and resolve production incidents. Covers system outages, job failures, system defects, data defects and end user support.
5. Execute and manage day-to-day operations via ticketing tools and processes.
6. Ensure appropriate tool is updated in accordance with SLA specifications with case notes, status updates and case closure information.
7. Provide technical support, including troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues.
8. Stay current with database and technologies and the direction of the general database industry.
9. Provide technical mentoring and coaching for junior and mid-level developers.
