Job Designation : Process Associate – Customer Service – Voice

Qualification : BE/BTech/MCA

Experience : Freshers / Experienced

Skill Set :

  1. Sound customer handling skills.
  2. Familiar with google maps and data analysis.
  3. Basic computer knowledge.
  4. Good knowledge of MS office applications.
  5. Good in Logical Thinking and Thought process.
  6. Good process knowledge and business management skills.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  8. Shift :Night Shift & 5 days work.
  9. Week Offs: Saturday & Sunday.

Job Description :

  1. Verify and review information as per policy and guidelines.
  2. Follow all compliance and security measures relating to client data.
  3. Take action on process changes and updates and handle the same with proper research.
  4. Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed the monthly/annual quality & productivity targets.
  5. Adhere to process norms and structure.
  6. Ability to gather information via outbound calls to businesses within specific country locations.
  7. Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
