Skill Set :

  2. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  3. Good expertise in IT infrastructure, with automation.
  4. Hands-on experience with automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
  5. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  6. Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, Terraform Associate).
  7. Familiar with hybrid cloud environments.
  8. Familiarity with configuration management and monitoring tools.
  9. Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and practices.
  10. Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.

In this role, you will be responsible for design, develop, and implement automated systems and processes to optimize production and operational efficiency. This role requires a strong technical background in automation technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  6. Collaborate with L3 engineers to implement automation solutions that enhance infrastructure scalability, reliability, and security.
  7. Monitor and troubleshoot automated processes, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
  8. Participate in on-call rotations to provide support for automated infrastructure tasks and incidents.
  9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of automation processes, identifying opportunities for further automation and optimization.
  10. Assist in maintaining and updating documentation related to automated processes and infrastructure configurations.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in infrastructure automation and related technologies.
  12. Work closely with DevOps, IT operations, and development teams to understand automation requirements and implement solutions accordingly.
  13. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve automation practices and infrastructure management strategies.
  14. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on automation initiatives.
