Genpact seeking skilled DevOps engineer with expertise in supporting, automating, and optimizing mission critical deployments in on-Prem and Cloud setups, leveraging configuration management, CI/CD, and DevOps.
Job Designation : Software Consultant – DevOps Engineer
Qualification : Bachelor’s degree
Experience : Freshers / experienced
Skill Set :
- Proficient knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash, Python, Ansible
- Sound knowledge of major cloud service providers, like AWS, Azure, GCP.
- Experience in deploying building large scale Java, Python web application with HA
- Good understanding of Infrastructure as Code (Programmable Infrastructure) CloudFormation, Terraform.
- Proficient in developing Continuous Integration/ Delivery pipelines.
- Experience with automation/ integration tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Bamboo.
- Good hands-on knowledge of Source Code Management (Version Control System) tools like Git, Subversion etc.
- Hands-on knowledge of software containerization platforms like Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker Swarm.
- Experience in deploying building large scale Java, Python web application with HA.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal skills.

- System troubleshooting and problem resolution across various application domains and platforms.
- Pre-production acceptance testing for quality assurance.
- Provision of critical system security by leveraging best practices and solutions.
- Providing recommendations for architecture and process improvements.
