Job Designation : Software Consultant, Dot Net Support

Qualification : BE/BTech/MCA

Experience : Freshers / experienced

Skill Set :

  1. Proficient in VB.Net, C#,  ASP.net, WCF, MVC, AWS.
  2. Familiar with html, css, javascript, Jquery, LINQUE.
  3. Strong understanding in Relational database concepts.
  4. Good knowledge of SQL Server , PL/SQL.
  5. Experience with GIT and windows form.
  6. Ability to communicate, friendly and cultural behavior during customer contact and should have strong customer focus.
  7. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  8. Flexible to work in shifts on rotation basis.
  9. Willingness and ability to multi-task.
  10. Willingness to learn the Product/Platform and associated technologies.
  11. Should be able to handle client call, manage & mentor team.
  12. Ability to be learn and apply new processes and tools.
  13. Technical understanding of products/services and/or ecosystem being supported.

Job Description :

In this role, you would be primary responsible for supporting and enhancing web application.

  1. Supporting/Troubleshooting existing dot net desktop based and web-based application.
  2. Capability to lead team and should have strong customer focus.
  3. Responsible for resolving technical issues for consumers, partners, clients or internal stakeholders by addressing issues assigned to them through the ticketing systems using process specifications following operating procedures.
  4. Creating, scheduling, monitoring jobs, troubleshooting jobs.
  5. Go through logs and trace back to code as to what is going wrong.
  6. Manage and resolve production incidents.  Covers system outages, job failures, system defects, data defects and end user support.
  7. Execute and manage day-to-day operations via ticketing tools and processes.
  8. Ensure appropriate tool is updated in accordance to SLA specifications with case notes, status updates and case closure information.
  9. Responsible to test the application features, should have understanding of any testing tool.
