Job Designation : Software QA Test Engineer

Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree

Experience : Freshers/Experienced

Skill Set :

1. Proficient in different testing techniques such as UI Testing, Automated Testing, Test Driven Development Strategies, and others.
2. Good knowledge in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
3. Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. qTest, Zephyr) and SQL.
4. Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.
5. Expertise in developing and implementing test strategies and plans, including test objectives.
6. Experience in project management and QA methodology
7. Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
8. Strong organizational skills.
9. Excellent communication skills.

Job Description :

QA Test Engineer will be responsible in planning, executing, and reporting for testing of Click’s innovative Software applications. This individual will work with the Quality Management team and alongside Technology Development, Business Operations, and external development partners to help ensure that Click delivers an optimal user experience and effective treatment to patients.

1. Perform manual execution of functional testing, regression testing, smoke testing, exploratory testing, and negative testing across various mobile devices in a dynamic environment with evolving strategy and scope.
2. Perform software testing based on business timelines and sprint schedules.
3. Create test scripts, execute tests, and prepare and present reports and metrics to management and development partners.
4. Own the process of tracking software defects through the problem resolution process.
5. Partner with Technology Development to help reproduce and diagnose issues.
6. Identify and recommend new tools and creative solutions to increase test performance and efficiency
7. Assist with the implementation of Click’s Quality Management System processes throughout the organization.
8. Work with the Quality Management Team to manage the software release process and prepare DHF documentation.
9. Have team meetings at appropriate time to understand & review the current risks and motivate team to resolve the same.
10. Keep raising the bar and standards of all the quality processes with every project.
11. Set processes for test plan reviews and ensure that that test plans get reviewed by all stakeholders.
12. Push team continuously to innovate.
13. Review test strategies and see that all the various kinds of testing like unit, functional, performance, stress, acceptance etc. are getting covered.
