Job Designation : Software Consultant – Salesforce Automation Testing

Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree

Experience : Freshers / Experienced

Skill Set :

1. Proficiency in programming languages such as Apex, Java, or JavaScrip.
2. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities.
3. Expertise in writing automated test scripts for Salesforce applications.
4. Expertise in automated testing of Salesforce applications.
5. Familiar with Selenium WebDriver, Salesforce DX, Salesforce Test Automation, or similar tools for test automation.
6. Ability to debug and troubleshoot test automation scripts and identify root causes of failures.
7. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
8. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant are desirable but not mandatory.
9. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
10. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Description:

Salesforce Automation Tester will be part of a fast-paced team designing, developing, integrating, and supporting integration solutions for some of our Fortune 500 customers. You will leverage your formal education in the relevant field and your professional experience to apply professional concepts to work on targeted tasks. You will follow standard practices and procedures applicable in your area of work to complete your task/deliverable with high quality under limited supervision. Your established aptitude to achieve this while supporting other members of the team and improving your own knowledge and skills will define success for your role.

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive automated test scripts.
2. Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom solutions.
3. Implement test automation frameworks and strategies tailored to the Salesforce platform, leveraging tools such as Selenium, Salesforce DX, or Salesforce Test Automation.
4. Execute automated tests to validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, custom code, and integrations, ensuring comprehensive coverage and accuracy.
5. Analyse test results and collaborate with developers and business users to identify and prioritize defects for resolution.
6. Participate in continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate the testing and deployment process for Salesforce applications.
7. Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for automated testing within the Salesforce ecosystem, including test data management, environment setup, and maintenance.
8. Contribute to the enhancement and optimization of testing processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
