Job Designation : Software Consultant-Supply Chain Management

Qualification : Any graduate

Experience : Freshers / experienced

Skill Set :

  1. Sound knowledge of jQuery, JavaScript , Angular and Python.
  2. Good Understanding of UI framework and Data Engineering concepts.
  3. Sound understanding of cloud technologies AWS.
  4. Sound commercial and business acumen with a keen eye on internal and external global market factors and trends.
  5. Team player and drive for process automation through CI methodology and co-operative work stream planning skills.
  6. Ability to operate within a global organization and to demonstrate cultural awareness.
  7. Able to challenge the status quo and drive for high performance along with strong collaborative and influencing skills.
  8. Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to build and maintain relationships.

Job Description:

  1. Analyze on current and past delivery performance for errors, understand what is causing them and create actionable plans to reduce errors.
  2. Identify, prioritize, structure, and solve complex supply chain problems using data mining, analytics and business judgement.
  3. Proactively review supplier performance and regularly identify suppliers to prioritize and engage with and review processes to improve accuracy of delivery information relayed to the customer.
  4. Engage with the suppliers, alongside procurement teams, in resolving OTIF delivery and accuracy of information coming in from the suppliers.
  5. Proactively monitor accuracy of information coming in from the supplier and take corrective action if short of expectations.
  6. Drive automation and simplification within our processes in line with the company philosophy through CI and co-operative work stream planning.
