Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree

Experience : Freshers

Skill Set :

1. Strong knowledge of relational databases and data modeling.
2. Strong knowledge Unix shell and experience with Python.
3. Strong SQL query-writing skills.
4. Strong knowledge with Big Data/Hadoop platform.
5. Experience in data integration and data conversions.
6. Experience with ETL tools and Autosys.
7. Experience with data visualization software (preferably Tableau).
8. Experience with Data Modeling tools (preferably Power Designer).
9. Basic familiarity with Collibra, which is used to maintain repository of Critical Data Elements.
10. Strong analytical, profiling and troubleshooting skills.
11. Excellent communication skills.

Job Description :

In this role, the Developer will be responsible to support business analysts and developers with data subject expertise, query building and optimization.

1. Responsible for data analysis, data profiling and data sourcing.
2. Creating Data Quality (DQ) rules and review any DQ exceptions.
3. Maintain Global Financial Crime (GFC) Critical Data Element list in Enterprise Data Governance repository (Collibra).
4. Develop a thorough understanding of the data definitions, domain values, data relationships, business rules, sources, and data integration for GFC Risk Assessments.
5. Translate business requirements into data models and ETL design specifications.
6. Assist in ETL development, testing and troubleshooting of ETL issues.
7. Troubleshoot data issues and work with data providers for resolution.
