Genpact looking for a skilled Software Developer Java Backend Developer to join our dynamic team.

Job Designation : Software Developer – Java Backend Engineer

Qualification : BE/BTech/MCA

Experience : Freshers / Experienced

Skill Set :

1. Proficient knowledge in Java, Javascript, Core Java and Python.
2. Good understanding on data structure and PL/SQL queries, SQL, NoSQL (Mongo) database.
3. Good knowledge of Microservices (Spring Boot), Hibernate/JPA.
4. Messaging (Solace, Apache Kafka etc.)
5. Caching frameworks like Gemfire, Redis, DynamoDB etc.
6. Familiar with Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Kafka, Airflow, Kubernetes, Docker.
7. Excellent communication skills with a history of user/team interaction.
8. Highly motivated individuals that are committed and capable of working to timelines.
9. Good Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Description :

you will be responsible for developing and maintaining backend systems using Java technologies. You will work closely with frontend developers, architects, and product managers to deliver high-quality products in an agile environment.

1. Contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle.
2. Writing well-designed, efficient, and testable code.
3. Understanding business requirements and translating them into technical requirements.
4. Troubleshooting and debugging issues to optimize performance.
5. Integrating user-facing elements with server-side logic.
6. Implementing security and data protection measures.
7. Documenting features, technical specifications, and infrastructure requirements.
