Job Designation : Software Engineer – ServiceNow

Qualification : Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree

Experience : Freshers / Experienced

Skill Set :

  1.  In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
  2. Familiar with other ServiceNow products such as IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM).
  3. Good knowledge of JavaScript, Business Rules, Server-side scripting, Client-side Scripting, Script Includes, service catalog,  
  4. Proficiency in configuring and customization including foundational data setup such as service catalog, categories, items, and request workflows.
  5. Good knowledge of available IT systems/tools.
  6. Good management, analytic, problem solving & interpersonal skills.
  7. Self-motivated, Positive outlook & result oriented.
  8. Effective communication skills.

Job Description :

In this role you will be responsible for part of the full project lifecycle with a primary focus on business value and benefit realization.

  1. Elicit and clearly document business and system requirements and create requirement artefacts.
  2. Develop User stories, functional specifications, system design specification for client engagements by understanding the customer requirements.
  3. Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of stakeholders.
  4. Requirement Walkthrough to the team after the client approvals and ensuring all the clarity is attained throughout the project.
  5. Coordinating and communicating with the client and the internal project team developers, PM, QAs etc on the business requirements.
  6. Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up to date on project results.
  7. Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, project summaries, meeting schedules.
  8. Support customers during UAT.
  9. Perform functional testing to ensure requirements are being met.
