2. Streamline workflows by implementing inventive technical solutions.
3. Engage with stakeholders, updating them on IT development processes and costs.
4. Drive organization-wide process optimization.
5. Meet short- and long-term business goals.
6. Evaluate existing and emerging technologies on a regular basis.
7. Design and test technical architecture.
8. Connect with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify problem areas.
9. Propose IT solutions to company challenges.
10. Develop and review code.
11. Ensure comprehensive IT documentation.
