Job Designation : Software Testing Engineer

Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree

Experience : Freshers/Experienced

Skill Set :

1. Sound knowledge of Manual testing concepts.
2. Expertise in writing test plan, test cases and preparing test logs and test reports.
3. Hands-on in Java /.NET/ SQL queries.
4. Knowledge of agile (Scrum) development methodology and any Test Management tool.
5. Extensive knowledge in Web Application, GUI Functional, Regression, Retesting, Sanity, Smoke, System, Integration Testing for various applications.
6. Experience in defect tracking and closure.
7. Well conversant with multi-browser, multi-lingual, multi-platform and multi-device testing.
8. Strong collaboration, communication skills and analytical skills.

Job Description :

1. Primary responsibilities will include contributing to the manual testing and automation frameworks and helping to fully automate test plans and test cases.
2. Assess implementation against requirements and design.
3. Review requirements, specifications, user documentation, help files, and other project documentation to assure quality of the products and tests to be developed.
4. Thrive on being self-driven to execute assigned tasks.
5. Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of an automation framework.
6. Work towards converting manual QA tests to automated tests.
7. Work with Developers to understand requirements for new features requiring automating tests.
