Skill Set :
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, particularly related to insurance data (Bordereaux, underwriting, claims).
- Ability to translate complex data requirements into clear and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills for working with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying data issues and resolving them.
- Strong understanding of data flow, data integration, and data governance best practices.
- Exposure to cloud data platforms like Azure or AWS, including experience in Azure Data Factory or AWS Glue for data integration.
- Experience with data modeling and relational database design.
- Familiarity with Bordereaux management and processes like ceded reinsurance, loss reserves, and claims reporting.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence for project management.
- Experience in data quality assurance and data security protocols
- Strong verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal skills.
Job Description :
- Some preliminary work experience through internships or other project management roles, exposure to graphic design industry, and an eagerness to learn and grow
- Ability to identify resourcing needs, monitoring designer utilization and bandwidth across markets, making recommendations based on design requirements
- Developing skills for Workfront, to better understand platform’s interface and tools
- Ability to assist or own report building based on needs of the requestor
- Leads trafficking and creative resourcing
- Learning the basics of project management and can effectively route projects in regions for maximum efficiency and speed
- Handles reporting for 1-2 regions and provides analysis and insights for those teams
- Developing client-service skills: communicating and meeting with customers and internal stakeholders by providing content for constructive conversations
